Usage and Limits

Your plan's limits are listed on the Pricing page. Your current usage is at app.ragionex.com/usage.

Requests are counted for the account making them, including requests to shared Vaults. New and changed content must fit the Vault owner's content limit. The Vault cap counts Vaults you own; Vaults shared with you do not use it. The member cap follows the Vault owner's plan and includes pending invitations.

A usage period lasts 30 days (720 hours). It starts with the first accepted request after the previous period ended, not on a calendar date. Unused requests do not carry over.

Each save, update, restore and search page is one request.

List, view, export, delete, status, identity, trash, version history and dashboard management are not counted as requests; their rate and resource limits still apply.

A save, update or restore is counted when accepted. A later processing failure does not give it back. A server-side search failure gives its request back. Deleting a record does not give back used requests. There is no total stored-record cap in the current plan.

Pay-as-you-go is not available. The request-body transport limit is 1,048,576 bytes, independent of the Vault owner's content-character cap.
